NO NO NO NO. Whatever you do, do not move in here unless youre ready to lawyer up in order to have your problems resolved. The apartments and building are nice and fine. Management is terrible. They will tell you one thing and do another. When trying to renew your lease they will try to sneak in hidden fees they dont mention. All they want is your money. They make moving out extremely difficult. I moved out end of December and didnt receive my refund check until April only because I consistently emailed them. The office only proceeded to respond to my emails if my attorney was ccd. Management also calls you to respond to emails instead of emails so they dont have anything in writing. I could go on and on about numerous lies they tell their residents. Do yourself a favor and dont move here.
We moved in September of 2020. The old management company was amazing! The new management company came in and started making unnecessary changes at the expense of its residents. When it came time to renew, the management staff pretty much invades privacy by coming to your home or having you come into the office to give renewal rates instead of just giving them over the phone. The rate that was given to us raised our rent almost $700 a month and that was considered a renewal discount for one day only. We we declined they put that our reasoning was due to us having money problems instead of the fact that they almost doubled our rent and expected residents to be okay with it. When talking about the apartment changes, the manager stated that upon move-out, units will be receiving an upgrade including backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and new floors and paint. When we moved out, we were slapped with a $1700 cleaning bill which included carpet cleaning (which we owned and frequently used our own carpet cleaning machine), $150 refrigerator and stove cleaning, and $75 toilet cleaning to name a few, which is funny because we know for a fact that those appliances were replaced as soon as we moved out. None of these fees were listed in our lease contract, which we are not first time apartment renters, and we know that if fees are to be charged upon move out, they must be clearly stated and agreed to. We were also charged $300 for trash removal when we moved out, even though we were still within our lease term and trash day was the next day. We did take our own photos and videos upon move out of the apartment also. We emailed the office staff about them keeping our deposit and still trying to charge a $1700 cleaning fee, which cleaning is required in Indiana to turnover an apartment, and instead of a response , after 30 days, we received a letter from a collection agency. Save yourself the trouble, management is awful here and they will try to get all of your money if you are not knowledgeable. The domain at Bennett farms and the Connor group will be hearing from our lawyers.

Only been here a week so far, but already we've fallen in love with this place. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Plus where else can you find an apartment with such a large yard, a great joy for our dog.

These apartments are so nice/clean and in a good area. Rebecca the property manager is super sweet and accommodating to our needs (my dog and I) after an overwhelming cross country move. Highly recommend!

I am current tenant here, i don't recommended people signing up here. Staff says one thing and do other. They don't care about tenants at all. All they care is who pays higher rent for them. Once your lease is done, they don't even bother to extend and ask you to leave, no matter what situation you are in. Coming to Apartments, outside noise disturbs your sleep always. you get a lot of noise from apartment above your one. If people run or jump in upstairs you hear that clearly. I recommend choosing a different apartment then this one. You will regret it later if you sign it here.
