I rarely do reviews, and I certainly don't like to post negative reviews, I'd rather say nothing, but unfortunately I have to here. Shocking service. Phoned on a Friday enquired about parts, was told he'd phone me Tuesday (bank holiday Monday), no phone call. I phoned again, was promised a phone call the following day. No phone call, so I phoned again, was kept on hold for ages, I had to put phone down. I was at work. There was no apology for not phoning back not even a change in voice tone as if surprised. It was like 'so what'. GSF Oldham is 5 minutes in the car. I sourced the parts elsewhere. Spoke to them on the phone. What a difference in service. A delight to work with. Yes it's a 25 minute drive away, and although similar cost, I'd rather pay them more. That's where I'll be getting my parts from in the future.
