6 weeks after paying nearly 1,600.00 for one of their EV chargers Ive had one email asking me for more information about my survey. Promptly replied to I have heard nothing since. Ive had no replies to any emails asking for an update. Extremely disappointed in what I was expecting to be the apple of EV chargers.

Over priced and under performing. The app which controls the charging times regularly fails and as a result leads to the car not charging at all or charging at times when it shouldn't. The update was coming months ago but still no news. There are many cheaper (and better) alternatives that actually work
I have a BMW i3 but the charger BMW recommended was too bulky for the front of the house. After researching alternatives I came across Andersen EV and immediately liked the slim aesthetic profile, the innovative design and choice of finishes. The customer service and support before, during and after installation has been superb. Lee particularly has gone above and beyond. The unit is beautiful and charges my car in half the time. I highly recommend Anderson for the product and for their customer service.
Great product and build quality. Andersen were helpful in recommending me a local ev charge point installer in Glasgow who did a top class job with no cables on show. Ive recommended these units to the rest of my family. Thanks Andersen again for giving customers a charger that doesnt look ugly on the side of your home.

Really disappointed with Anderson. I bought and paid for a charger and installation 7 weeks ago. At the time I was told it was a 7 week wait for installation. They sent someone out to do a survey (4 weeks ago) and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed and had no response, and I have called and each time have been told that someone would call back and they never have. Looking at all their reviews on Google/Trustpilot I expected more from this company. My electric car has been delivered and my dad is in hospital so Im doing a 4 hour drive each day unable to charge at home and grabbing charge where I can meanwhile Ive paid almost 2,000 to Anderson for a charger almost two months ago! Had I known beforehand I wouldve stayed well away from this company.
