I tried multiple gyms before choosing this one. Hands down has the best coaching out there. They have an entire room dedicated to Olympic Lifting which is really nice, and the community is top notch!

Jane, I am so sorry that we had some members that did this. I am the owner of the business and we had members in that march with you as well. I do not condone that sort of behavior and I was unfortunately not at the gym this morning. I personally reached out to the members that heckled and am sincerely sorry for their actions. I am a registered Democrat, Jewish, and am very liberal. Although my personal alliances are with your cause, I also support everyone's right to protest any issue. Although their actions were rude and not called for, I hope you can understand that I respect views on both sides and welcome members of all ethnicities, religious affiliations and political leanings. I also hope you will not cast my gym with a broad stroke, knowing that these were actions of a few and not an honest representation of myself, business, and other members. Differences of opinion should be offered up peacefully, not shouting in an abusive way. Original: Patrons of this establishment felt it was OK to shout and heckle during a peaceful Woman's March today - clearly a non-supporter of equality. I will not be supporting this business.

This is my go to drop in place when Im in Dallas for work. Erick the owner runs a nice, no frills gym. From what I can tell, it looks like a strong and active community. Id join if I lived here full time.

I've been at CrossFit Deep for over 4 years and still love going every day! The multiple programming options (core, training, olympic lifting, competition) gives me the ability to work on different skills and weaknesses. The coaches and members make me feel at home and are very encouraging during the workouts. I've dropped in at different boxes around the area and the country and the level of coaching and focus on correct form always stands out at Deep.
