Called first to see when they were open and if they could embroider some name tags, and I was told "no problem". When I brought in a sample of what I needed and the list of names the story changed quickly. They didn't expect different names on the tags. Really? I'm going to get 20 name tags all the same? The person helping me tried to ask another worker (manager?) who wouldn't take his headphones off to answer him, until finally he responded. When the person I originally was dealing with asked about more than one name on more than one tag his response was "not going to happen". How can a place like this stay in business?

GREAT customer experience working with Dave and staff here! Bought a beautiful Brahms-Mount Monhegan throw for a Tufts graduate and Dave spent time to get the brown color just right.. Throw was Baja blue & white herringbone. We went back and forth deciding on a straight line or an arch for Tufts University on a herringbone background. Dave called it straight and it came out BEAUTIFUL with 2020 and her initials below!! I could not have been more pleased! And most appreciated the 2-day delivery, especially with Covid considerations! Excellent job!!
