Not practicing safety protocol! Went today. Markers on floor are not six feet apart. One staff member not wearing a mask despite being in food prep area. Youre asked to sign iPad with your finger yet no hand sanitizer provided. When asked why the young woman behind the counter wasnt wearing a mask, was told she has a medical exemption but we are being kind, right? Seriously patronizing while being inconsiderate of customers safety. Seriously, not worth the risk of Covid for overpriced coffee. Cape Cod Bagels has its act together. Going there from now on.

It used to be our "go to place" when visiting Falmouth beaches. Unfortunately, no more. Today we have to leave without coffee or sandwich or anything else. The ordering options are just too bizarre: some obscure app that has to be downloaded to my phone? Seriously? A should also say that we were not alone - another 2 large parties left along with us, once learning that you can't just order stuff. Sadly, it is the sure way to ruin a good business; by now businesses should know what works and what doesn't.

This place phones it in pretty hard, and is totally cool with serving rotten avocado that blatantly doesn't pass the "smell test". Honestly I wish at this point that they would just give up on having a kitchen because on the three chances we've given them since moving here 2 years ago, it's just been a little worse each time. Also they are often out of so many ingredients it's easier to just ask what they DO have.
