This place is ridiculous! No proper signage. Real jerks here. If this is your first time, good luck. You have to turn around and go to the end of the line if you don't do things like they want. Even if there aren't signs telling you what to do

I was attended by a lady of very bad character is always bad I raise my voice and I answered that what was his problem and calm down I think he should have more respect for the drivers and I think he is racist for his behavior so the Mexicans

Quite a bit off the interstate, but easy enough to get to. Follow the signs and leave the same way you came in. Truck entrance is clearly marked. Check in guy at the gate is friendly, helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable about the facility and area. Scales on site which were within a couple hundred pounds of the scalehouse numbers I got on the 20 heading out. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back in the future. Drop&hook

They refuse my trailer because they touth that fixing is not proper with their standards. Plate was fixed over 12 inch - he said me its less than. Needed drive 120 miles in total to Loves and back to prove that all is good with trailer. Avoid older evening security lady. She is ridicolous. Guy in morning is ok. Do not drive thru city center. There is clear road. Lost 7-8 h beaouse of someone ideas. Thats 8 h less with familly.
