I have served the Encore community as Board President for almost two years. It has been my honor and privilege to work with Abby both on the Board and as an owner. From a Board perspective, I continue to be impressed by her extensive expertise about high rise communities from structural to operational knowledge. She has always been professional, personable and honest. She is confident, concise and level headed in her work while clearly demonstrating her thorough efforts to explore all options for a given situation. I have greatly appreciated her support and guidance and have always felt that she had the very best interest of our community in mind. I am proud to serve on a Board that has a Manager partner who is fair, willing to hold owners accountable when necessary and who is also a pleasure to be around. As an owner, I would recommend this community to anyone who wants to live somewhere that has a property manager willing to give all Abby has given to this community. She is a leader and an ambassador for the owners and the team. I am in HR in my professional career and know how hard it is to be the one who has to manage the rules, hold people accountable when they are violated, navigate differing opinions and all the while maintain a perspective of the best interest of the whole.
