Horrible customer service. Took over a week and a half to hear back once I sent my camera for review to sell. I asked if they would at least confirm receipt and no answer. Next, they said my description was not accurate and discounted the original offer (by $200!) when, in fact, I made a point to describe every single detail wrong with the camera etc. Rude customer service from Gregory Diamond, bad offers on used gear, non-timely responses. Obviously they pay Google for their reviews.

Created an order, payed extra to receive a $3300 laptop tomorrow before 10:30am before traveling. Its 6pm and the laptop hasnt shipped, decided to contact customer service and they claim it wont arrive until Thursday. So why I am paying extra if they ship when they feel like?. Lazy employees, disrespectful company. Not recommended. Edit: validation department contacted me at 11:30am, replied right away at 11:58am with authorization, and still didnt had the time to ship? Pfff
