I hired them to repair a leak in my roof. I showed him where the water was laying in the attic, but after inspecting the roof he couldn't find the leak. He said the roof looked good and didn't need replaced so he would be back with the owner Bryan to help him find the leak. That was over a month ago and neither of them called or came back.
After asking several friends for recommendations, I contacted River Valley Restoration LLC to look at our roof. I am so glad I did. The owner and employees are top notch professionals! I had an estimate done. First i told them repairs were needed and new gutters put up. So I get a 990 estimate for gutters. Then days after an estimate for repairs then following a 3rd estimate wow. So in the mean time their crew came out unannounced, took my previous gutters down and tells me I need repairs( which they knew prior).now I have no gutters and a 3rd estimate. I am now stuck with a house with no gutters and being forced to do whatever I can for new gutters. Wow so wrong in so many ways.
