Thanks for taking the time to submit feedback Victoria. To clarify, your print job was A4 with images going to the edge of the sheet. We had to print it A3 size then trim it down (otherwise you would have had a white border, not edge to edge printing). A3 printing is double the A4 price (same as other print shops). I hope this explanation helps clear the issue.

Decent job, but much more expensive than other establishments in Edinburgh providing the same service. Would recommend doing price comparisons with other places before you use these guys

The service we received was terrible. The person who helped us was incredibly rude. In the end they were unable to do a basic print to acceptable standards. Take your business elsewhere!

These guys do a lovely job! They did a super pop-up for a low-carbon vehicle show and some gorgeous foam-mounted photos to go on our office walls. They are friendly to deal with, good at bringing me up to speed on art work requirements and super fast. It's bonus for me that they are local as well!

Hi Saskia we are sorry you feel this way but the passport photos which you got printed are well within UK passport regulation specifications on size/quality and backdrop colour. This specs were rechecked and reconfirmed when you brought the photos back in the shop. We want you to be a happy client! we did give you the option of getting these reprinted free of charge while you were at the shop. You are of course welcome at any time to come in and get these photos taken again and printed.

Passport photos (which were of poor quality and which I paid a whopping 7.50 for) taken here were not accepted - when I asked for a refund, none was given and I got laughed out of the shop. Will not be going back & don't recommend for passport photos.
