Aser sorry about your experience with our rental department. Weve had a massive rental season due to increased interest in skiing & snowboarding. Along with the increased business all vendors are out of product due to the increased business & global supply chain issues. We start renting on Labor Day so by now our supply is limited. Weve been the leader in the east for the last 50 years in the seasonal rental business. Our suggestion is to come September thru October for the best selection. Please enjoy the season out on the slopes.

You dont want to spend an hour at the rental department and be told they couldnt find your sizes. And thats after I called and asked them to hold my size. I live 40min drive from the store. The rental department is really really inefficient. Man its already 2021 now and you can really try to use some modern IT system to manage your rental equipments. The store replied that their stocks are limited and I should have come in around September. Well, that is not the point. The thing is if you have a system that can check inventory, even if you have limited stocks, you can tell my size is out of stock in 5 min. Not letting me wait for 1 hour to know that you dont have my size!!! This is what annoys me. Please make it efficient because time is money!!! No one want to drive 40min to your store (because on the phone you promised to hold my size), then wait 1 hour to know we cannot get things we need then drive 40min back to home. Plus, as a customer, I can come whenever I want, I dont need you to tell me when should I come in to rent. If you dont want to do business I can just visit other brands/stores.
If I could give a zero, I would. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just before Christmas, the Shrewsbury NJ Ski Barn store made arrangement for ski pants to be shipped from another store. We were notified around 4pm that my daughter's pants had arrived and said we would be in the next morning to purchase. Went in the next day and the Manager sold the pants the night before. When asking why, there were no apologies, no nothing. Manager did not care. Therefore, I will NEVER enter any Ski Barn Store/search website/or recommend to anyone.
