Very good experience. Only slight criticism, was advised of smell in washer bottle, really don't think it would have taken much to clean it out, especially as the garage had offered a complimentary wash.

Drove the car out after a service and 10 seconds down the road, I got an oil warning sign come up on the dashboard. Parked it up, checked the oil and found it virtually empty! Drove it back (all the while, the car's pinging and warning of engine failure risk). When I got there, I was asked if I had allowed the oil to settle(?). They took the car and hey presto! 5 minutes later the car was back, this time with oil! When you have just shelled out 300 plus quid for a service; the least you can expect is a proper oil change, as opposed to an oil drain. I don't think I shall be visiting Dacia Orpington again.
