I did not get my full order. I order business cards and 2 outfits and I only received the business cards. Reached out by email never got a response from them. Buyer beware!

Quality of the products we're good. However, I called in to request a refund three weeks after placing an order and not receiving order updates. I understand due to COVID, things were delayed. After making a personal decision to make changes for my business, I no longer needed the print work. I called, emailed and finally got in contact with William. I explained I wanted Update my order to fit new business needs, but there is no way to do that, so we agreed to refund and I would place a new order. While on the phone with William and told him I wanted a refund and he said Okay, he would have it proceed as soon as we got off the phone, and for the delay, he would Send me the cup out of my order. I said Okay. He told me to call if I didn't receive a refund updates the next morning. The next morning I checked and noticed the order shown Order Updated- Shipping w tracking #. I waited a few more days and the Full Order was shipped .. I called back immediately to ask to return items and possibly do credit for new work. No answer via phone or email.. Now months later they asked me to do a review. I have prints I can't use and they have my money. Unsatisfied, which is so sad because I thought the work was good..

I was semi impressed with my first order & gave leeway to the delayed shipping but now that Ive made another order and its going on 2 months & still have not received my simple order... Im not impressed and will no longer use their services. I suggest some uniform structure in communication instead of IG messages, text and emails scattered between different agents, doesnt make sense. I get ignored at times when I reach out. Mind you, I honestly forgot about my order and didnt check in until 4 weeks later.. and I was lied to saying it was being shipped next day... still no order.. then 3 weeks later an email with mock up designs appear smh. Luckily I didnt have an urgent need for my order, because if so it wouldve been ruined. Do better please! Great quality is overlooked by lack of customer service.
