Hello Issa, while we appreciate you taking the time to write a review, we were unable to find anyone who has rented with us recently under that name. We take pride in providing our customers with a safe and enjoyable experience while out on the water. If you were unsatisfied with your rental experience we are sorry and would like to hear more about it. Our boats are all adequately powered but any boat will go slower if it as full people capacity and trying to tow a tube, if that is what you mean by the boat going slow in deep water. If you rented 2 tubes, one for each boat, but only received 1 then you should get a refund, though this probably could have been best resolved if you had mentioned that at the time of the rental. This buisness is not government regulated we order 2 boats platoon and speedboats and while we ordered the speedboat they didnt tel us that it goes slow in the deep water until after we returned this place is a scam stay away!! Plus we ordered 2 tubes they gave us only one they scam everyone they stole our money

Horrible experience! When taking the boat out workers did not thoroughly check the boat & upon returning my group was charged 235$ for damages that we did not cause. Staff is rude & only told us to beware of dangerous spots which damaged the boats OFTEN AFTER we docked and they found damages that we caused. While on the lake we shut the boat off in open and very deep water , not sure how that would cause damages to a propellor, but somehow we were held responsible because its our word vs the unprofessional workers word! HORRIBLE RENTAL EXPERIENCE & HORRIBLE OWNER! DO NOT RENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED INTO PAYING DAMAGE FEES!!!
