If you don't have an appointment, don't be expected to be treated with decency. After passing the store multiple times, my significant other stopped in to make an appointment. When he asked if appointments can be made in store, the guard at the door just pointed at a piece of paper with a QR code and refused to engage. The guard also refused to say "thank you for stopping by" or take the time to try to explain the process further. The extent to which the staff brush off potential clients based on the way they look means we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

No integrity. No customer appreciation. I gave clear instructions to the Govberg employee about the repair of my 30 year old Rolex. When the watch was finally returned, it had not been repaired as I had requested - a huge mistake that ruined the sentimental value of the watch. I learned that the original employee had subsequently been fired for what Govberg admitted to be poor service and numerous mistakes. However, Govberg just made excuses for the employees error. Govberg was dismissive and refused to take responsibility for its employees incompetence. And I had to pay $732.00 to get my watch back!! Seriously - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. UPDATE 10/19/21- Despite the owners response 3 weeks ago, no manager or other employee ever reached out to me or made any effort to address their errors. This company is disingenuous and lacks integrity - what a joke!

Greg helped us with the purchase of a Patek Philippe watch for my wife. Watch is fantastic and she is excited and said she may not take it off her wrist. Greg is great, tremendous knowledge and extremely flexible to work with our timing. Was asked to visit the store to check out Non-Rolex inventory because of the state of the market but the sales associate never scheduled an appointment neither did the sales associate get back to us with an alternative time to visit the store despite a follow up email. I was shopping for my birthday thanks for nothing!
