Such a nightmare! Our fence looks like a roller coaster. Several sections are 10+ inches off the ground, meaning it doesn't contain the dog to the yard. Totally unacceptable work. I called the office to talk about it and the lady was extremely rude. After several attempts we were finally able to get a manager out. They refused to take any accountability. Once we reached our peak frustration level we told them that we would PAY to have it redone, we just wanted our fence done correctly. They agreed to do it and then ghosted us, that was 5 months ago. Sadly, this was just one side of the fence. The other two fence lines were painful as well. We basically had to babysit to ensure that the fence was even installed in the correct place! We had to put a string on the property line and they still were 2 feet off. Luckily we caught them on our cameras and rushed home to stop them. Overall, it was a painful process and money wasted. I would never recommend.

Be aware of this company! The worst fencing company ever. Taylor came to my house 1 month ago to measure and promise to give me an estimate next day, but I waited for 3 wks and did not get back from them, I tried to call and send email to him but never got the estimate. Today, they send me an estimate and the price is 68$ for 1 linear foot tan vinyl fence (I told Taylor I need white) labor and material. Do not trust the price on their website. The worst customer service ever. Update, Just talk with my neighbor who has fence installed by them. They gave her a reasonable price $28 per linear foot fence. After they got the deposit, they raised the price to $72 per linear foot. She had to accept that or lose all deposit money !!! I pay $900 for just 12 foot fence sharing with her, she told me to pay what ever I want, but we are good neighbor so I willing to share with her.
