I used this location for an electric Smart. Sincerely, my expectation from Mercedes Benz was higher than the actual service I received: - at the end of the service, my car was not charged and I had to wait again to charge it - at the end of the service, my car was not sanitized - the paper that service used to not touch with their shoes was still there when I got my car back - even if this is a tiny electric car, this service was more expensive than my SUV because of the two hours work on it The good is that: - I got my car charged, after explicitly required - there's space to work from there I hope this problem is not due to the fact that Mercedes Benz decided to support Smart cars even if this product is not commercialized anymore in USA.

Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Even after an appointment, made us wait an hour and kept saying things like "car in being pulled up in front" etc. Then told us they are "under staffed" and the key of the car is with the "tech" and since it's Sunday we could take a look at the car by walking towards the back of the building where it is currently parked if we wanted!! Unbelievable.

First time owning a Mercedes vehicle so it was my first time experiencing the service at Mercedes San Jose. Setup my appointment by phone a week prior to visiting. Upon arriving for my Service A appointment, I was quickly greeted by a service advisor then taken into their office to discuss what type of service id like to do for the day. Service A comes with 3 packages of your choice, each with increasing cost and additional services provided. I opted for the minimum service which was the cheapest, no questions asked or sales talk to attempt me to go for the higher tier. After choosing which option for them to work on, I was asked if I wanted my vehicle to be car washed on site for free after the service, I told them yes. 2 hours later, Ive decided that I did not want them to wash my vehicle after the service anymore so I placed a call to the front desk to let them know. The front desk asked who was my service advisor that helped me when I dropped my vehicle off, I told them his name was Anthony. I was placed on hold briefly for about 3-5 minutes while the front desk was locating Anthony to update him on my changed decision, the front desk then tells me she verbally spoke with Anthony informing him to not have it washed after the service. I was a bit worried that a verbal request may accidentally slip through and theyd accidentally forget and have my car washed (I just had my car ceramic coated two days earlier of my appointment which was why Ive decided to not have them wash the vehicle). I received a call back approximately 4 hours after dropping it off that my service was done and was reminded that they received the update and did not wash the vehicle. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I was again reminded in person by my service advisor that he received the update and did not wash the vehicle! Took about 10-15 minutes after arriving to pay and drive off with my serviced vehicle. I give this location a 5/5, not much to critique about other than the customer service, speed and attention to customer requests which met my expectations to provide such a rating.

I live close to 2 Mercedes Dealerships but this is my go to mainly because of the service manager Jose. He has always been very patient and friendly every time I come in. Always a good conversation along with my car being well taken care of in a timely manner.
I am posting this review here on google since after posting my review on yelp, the representative name Chandni contacted me and threatened me that she will contact Yelp and will have this review removed . Unbelievable! I had a VERY negative experience at this dealership and it left me at a loss as to what to actually do about it ! Hopefully this review will help someone of to avoid going to the same representative who helped me . I don't normally leave reviews, but I had a really really bad experience when I visited this dealership. I had an appointment to meet with a sales representative name Chandni to test drive a car, I got there on time. A gentleman asked me if I need any help, I told him I am here to meet Chandni to test drive a car, he went to Chandni's desk and told her she has a client, she was at her desk eating chips and ignored me the first time, 5 minutes went by and I was asked by another gentleman man if I need help, after having the same conversation with him, he went to her desk and told her that her client is here. she continued eating her chips then started walking to a colleague and started talking to him for couple more minutes. Then she slowly atarted walking towards me saying she is looking for the car key, after going to the back couple times she comes back and tells me that she is sorry the car is in another dealerahip and she needs to go there and bring the car. I told her that it's been more than 15 minutes and I've had an appointment with her,this is frustrating ,she said it's only going to be 10 minutes and I can sit on the lobby . I waited in the dealership as she drove to another dealership to bring the car for me. When she got back with the car, not only she didn't apologize to me for having me wait this long she rolled her eyes at me and didn't even acknowledge that what happened was not okay. I have never ever seen anyone as rude as this person. I liked the car but my experience was sooooo bad and this woman was so rude that I am not going to walk into this dealership again.
