We just bought a 2022 CRV from them. We did the financing and told them that we wanted to wait until Monday to see if our bank would give us a better interest rate so our payments would be where we wanted them. He said let me do some searching and got us a 4.9%. This brought our payments to where we wanted them and We thought with the interest rates being what they are today we didnt think our bank would do better. However, he told us if they came back Monday and could do better we could call and he would handle switching it to our bank. Our bank called Monday with a 2.5% interest rate so my husband called and was told he wasnt going to handle it so we are now handling it ourselves. Definitely frustrating.

I was working with Tony and was attempting to negotiate a deal on an S5. Before I could get a word out Tony told me If you dont like the price thats not my problem, you can get back on your laptop and start pounding your keyboard for all I care. I worked with Matt to buy my new car. Went pretty well. It was certainly my best car buying experience but I havent ever had good car buying experiences before. They listened to me. I felt a little rushed but it was also close to closing time when we came in, so thats okay. That being said, I LOVED how fast I was able to move through signing and finance. Usually that takes HOURS and here it only took a few minutes, really. Maybe 10 minutes of waiting and then 15 minutes in finance and then I was out the door. They also PUT GAS IN MY CAR!! Can you believe that??? That is awesome! Ive never had a dealership do that for me! Matt was also very nice. Not to mention- best prices in the state. Drove an hour to get there and it was so worth it. Overall, pretty good. Honestly, Id made the hour drive again just to avoid central Ohio dealerships.

I had my company lease car service for a B1. I made an appointment thru the website and gave me a time slot of 3:00 pm I even put down will wait on vehicle. I arrived at 2:43 pm drove thru the service bay and sat there a few minute and no one approached me. I got out and looked around and some were looking at their computer and some were chatting amongst themselves. I actually had to approach one service writer and he asked have you been help? Seriously! I been literally standing by my car. Anyway, they took my car in as I waited in the waiting area. Watching people drive in. One particular teenage girl drove in and was immediately approached by one service writer she got her car in and sat next to me as we waited. 45 minutes later her car was ready! I watch people getting their car as I sat on the chair. 3 hours later 5:43 pm my car was finally ready. I understand Marysville Honda doesnt make money of Associate from bring in our lease cars as you cant sell us service items. But we are still customers and Honda still pays for our cars to be service. I feel like discriminated either being Asian or wearing whites. I hope it wasnt the case but from this experience it was hard not to think that way. Clift
