If I could give negative stars, they would get all of them. Consistent outages for days on end. No technical support. No supervisors to speak to. And they are the internet for our entire community, so they have no incentive to fix issues and we cannot get another provider. I genuinely believe that no one there knows how to fix any issues and they just keep telling you they will provide support in 24-48 hours until it eventually fixes itself. Apparently there is only one supervisor at all of fibersphere, who is incredibly busy. So busy that he never called me, even after our internet was out for 4 days. Man, dude must be still be in 24/7 meetings, two months later. Someone might want to make sure they are ok.

One of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had. They disconnected my service without warning because of a past due amount, from 2 yrs ago, when I initially set up service. I called, said I would pay it if they could tell what those charges were for, they weren't able to give me that answer, and told me that someone would call me within 48hrs. No one called me. I called then back, and they're telling me they don't know, that it hasn't been resolved, but that they can't reactivate my service. Context: service is $40/month, I'm on auto billy pay, have never missed a month. Avoid this ISP.

Fibersphere is literal garbage and if I had a choice, I would choose another provider in a heartbeat. It's tolerable when it actually works but there are constant outages, and I'm definitely not getting the speed I pay for. The customer service reps are useless for just about everything and to speak with most departments you have to wait "24-48 hours" for them to call you back. What's even worse is they NEVER actually call. If the fact that their website won't even load isn't a sign of how poorly this company is run, I don't know what is.

Hands down the best ISP in the area. They have their occasional operational issues from time to time like any ISP but their front line support always knows and communicate it's being worked on. No bouncing between reps. Most importantly, they don't gaslight you into resetting your router or scheduling pointless tech visits at your expense. If you've used other ISPs, you know this is huge.
