Hi Valerie, Sorry for the misunderstanding. The term sublimation refers to the garment dye that enters the print when the garment is heated; this leads to a dingy and low saturated print. Its particularly an issue with poly rich and budget garments. DTG requires a lot of time and temp in the dryer so sublimation is a big issue with DTG. It has nothing to do with sublimation printing as youre referring to. When the customer provides the garments we really want to vet the print compatibility before committing to a project. The last thing we want to do is damage someones products. I could have better explained this if you hadnt hung up the phone on me. Completely unprofessional dude answered the phone. I called asking for pricing on DTG Print services. He asked if I would be providing the hoodies and I told him the price I can get them for (I have my own wholesale accounts) and then he just flat out told me were not the shop for you. He also told me that they cant SUBLIMATE on my preferred 80/20 cotton/poly hoodie because that has ANYTHING to do with DTG Printing Yeah, if you dont know the difference between cotton and poly and the appropriate printing method for eachyoure definitely not the right shop. So bizarre! **Actually, the definition of sublimation is a substance changing from a solid to a gasit USUALLY refers to sublimation printing on a 100% poly garment. Sublimation wont work on cottonhence probably why it isnt working for ya on a 80% cotton garment. I have my own DTG machine - its out of commission so I was looking for a local company to work with to fill an order. You were right. Its definitely not you guys. And I hung up on you because you were rude. I dont waste my time like that.

Thanks for the review William. I understand that you were disappointed that we mistakenly screen-printed opposed to embroidered the front location on your tees. An honest mistake. I'd like to point out that we filled the hat order and the back print on the tees correctly. You even said yourself that we did a great job on the hats and we offered the misprints at a discount that you turned down. Also we took 100% responsibility for the mistake and replaced the garments at no cost to you as soon as possible. I can't help but feel like the relationship spoiled when you refused to return the incorrect garments as per our agreement.

Did not have a great experience working with this shop. 2 days late on initial deadline, messed up my order when I picked them up and put me 10 days behind schedule. All 3 times I walked in there were workers without masks.
