The selection is good, but i tried to exchange a pair of scrubs and the manager gave me an attitude and started getting frustrated. She was so rude. Im not going there again.

I came in on July 9th to do an even exchange for some scrubs that my mom had bought me as a gift. They didn't have my size in one of the pants so they had to order them for me. The lady I spoke to told me it takes about a week for the pants to arrive and once they do, they would use 2 day priority shipping to get them to me. I left my name and address of where to send the pants. 3 weeks goes by. Still no pants. So I called the store to see what had happened. Whoever I spoke to told me the pants were shipped on July 13th and should have arrived. I explained that I received no packages in my mailbox and nothing was waiting for me at the front office for pick up. I asked since they used 2 day priority shipping if I could get the tracking number or if they could look it up and tell me where it is. They then told me there was no tracking number (complete bull if ya ask me) and then told me to check a post office near me (there's quite a few in Sarasota) to see if it was there and to also wait another day or two to see if it gets delivered to me. Still no pants. I receive a call yesterday from my mother saying that she has my pants. The store called her instead of me, which made me even more furious. I just feel the management didn't handle this situation in the proper way. Poor customer service and poor attitudes. And whoever I spoke to on the phone was very short with me and giving me attitude as if this situation was my fault. Never shopping here again.
