Always wanted me to pay for another $30 set up fee to size it down even the smallest bit. They messed up a $14 hat and still charged me $7 to embroider another hat. I will never step back into that joke of a "business" I am only 16 years old trying to start a clothing brand and she said I had an attitude for being disappointed she messed up on of my hats and couldn't do anything I asked for! Don't waste your time or money at this place!!!!!!

I absolutely love this little shop. Theyre always so nice and helpful and they do beautiful embroidery. They have some beautiful baby items and gifts as well.
