I purchased an Old Town Discovery 119 Solo Sportsman a few months back. While taking the boat off my roof rack I heard a pop. Back seat adjusting cleat stop working. Sent some pics & description about of what happened. Less than an hour later, I get an email saying they will shipping me a replacement part. Great customer service! Thanks Jon.

I GUESS CUSTOMERS COME LAST AND PROMOTERS COME FIRST AT OLD TOWN!!! The boats are very good. But the service is terrible to me. I order a predator pdl kayak last year in June 2020 in flash light color. So I went on vacation in September the kayak company that I ordered it through told me it came in, but it was not the predator series and not the color I picked. Instead it was the big water pdl series which is almost the same and that was OK, but they not call me and let me pick the color which I spend my own money. They gave me the blue color and I did not want. They just come out with the marsh color which I wanted and I asked to trade for that color and they told me it will be ready not until June of 2021 . Which I agree to, but it is June and they told no earlier than September now. I would not get mad but when Promoters get the same color months ago and sometimes they get them get for free and I spend my own money.

This review is directed at Johnson Outdoors diving llc they are based out of El Cajon Ca. I had a sent in a dive watch that was working fine other than it would not link to the transmitter. Other than that the watch worked fine. A matter for fact I had used this watch not a week before on a 8 day dive trip and it was fine. I sent in the watch to these guys with the transmitter. No call back, nothing. They sent my working watch back in pieces saying there is something wrong with the receiver. ? I talked to them about it and we agreed on I would send it back they would put it back together and send back. Not sure why this has to be that hard. I get it back again and again was in pieces I have no watch anymore. DO Not Used them they will F... you over and smile back at you. You have been warned.
