Client reserved a 20 passenger bus for 5 hours and that is what he received. At the end of the 5 hours client instructed drive to do 6 locations beginning in NYC, to the Bronx and ending in Harrison NJ. Client refused to pay for this additional service (2 hours). In closure the pole was the problem and yes this particular bus did not have a pole, and the driver did have to stop for ice. I understand that by looking at the pictures of the 26 passenger bus on the website he might have felt mislead, however we sent confirmation email of the 20 passenger, not the 26 passenger.

I rented a 26 passenger party bus for 9 people from this company. They charged me $261 for the down payment on my credit card, which is fine, however, they wanted the rest of the money in cash. $1000. Don't be taken! They came with a different bus than what was advertised and discussed. The party bus was for a girls birthday. 1. They did not have the stripper pole as shown online. 2. The bus was not as advertised, it was old and breaking down. 3.The interior did not look anything like shown, 4. the blinds were falling down, 5. the floor was old, 6. the seats were old, 7. the toilet did not flush and urine was splashing everywhere. The items listed online were not part of the bus, 1. It did not have the DVD player, 2. did not have heated leather seats, 3. did not have an entertainment center, 4. did not have the stripper pole, 5. did not have the bar as displayed, 6. did not even come with ice. The driver had to spend time to get ice. The owner Lyn did not even inform me in advance how I would have to pay, I assumed it was all on my credit card, until I called her the day of the event asking is everything set, at that point she said bring $1000 cash. They want cash so you can't dispute the charge. The driver seemed fine at first, but it soon became obvious that he did not know simple directions. He could not get to 2nd ave and E 27th street off of the ed koch bridge, he did not even know where the 59th street bridge was. He took long routes. We told him drop us off at 59th street next to central park where the other buses were, he drops us off at 58th street near the plaza hotel, expecting girls in high heels to walk a far. distance. The most upsetting part was speaking with Lyn, I told her this is a bait and switch, to which she said "Am I a lawyer as well as well as a doctor". I am a doctor, and I advised her there are dual JD/MD programs, I am well versed with law. I educated her by explaining what the Lanham Act is - deals with the legality of bait and switch (she stopped responding to my texts after I said that). At the end of the night we used up our 5 hours, 1 hour of which was used up with the bus standing idle before we even started the bus ride and another hour of the driver not navigating correctly, 20 minutes to get ice, and 15 minutes of him on the phone arguing with the owner, they did not drive us home and left us stranded on the road, we ubered back to our homes. This is how they treated an essential worker who worked for months treating covid patients in New York City. They took his money, switched the bus, left everyone stranded, and worst of all did not even apologize. When I spoke to Lyn as to why there was not a pole in the bus, she said it was not her job to ask if we wanted it. How would a customer know that they take it out! I told her when you come to a doctor does the patient tell the surgeon which tools to bring for the surgery or does the patient tell the doctor what the diagnosis is? The doctor explains everything to the patient, if I were to do a knee replacement and say opps I didn't know you wanted the alloy knee, I put in a wooden knee, you didn't tell me you wanted alloy, would you happy? She said it is NOT HER JOB TO TELL US WHAT COMES IN THE BUS! Lyn what is your job? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you want to be scammed, and feel dishonored, this is the company for you.

Danielle: Unfortunately this was not anything in our control, it was considered an "Act of God". As far as the driver doing his due diligence, he following proper procedure. After securing a safe place, called for help, and contacted you (the client). However, once the call was made the reservation was cancelled on your end. No call was received by the office during or after this situation. There was no fight for a refund. In fact, when the bookkeeper went to apply credit to your account, you had already performed a charge back via your credit card. This is what held up the process. Once a chargeback is requested, and we approve it, it is up to the banks to process it, and we are no longer involved.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! We had booked this company for our wedding REHEARSAL DINNER and we needed to go from Queens to NJ. Was called 40 min before bus was supposed to arrive and was told the bus had a flat and would be late. No time specified or anything. Then was called and told that the bus would arrive at 645 or beyond. Was originally supposed to be there at 6 for our hour long drive to NJ. So with the bus already being an hour late. it would of made us 2 hours late for our rehearsal. They had no backup plan for us or any type of solution. Had to fight to get a refund because we had received NO SERVICE!! Had to uber 15 people in different cars to our rehearsal dinner. HORRIBLE!!
