Only bought chips... were good and portion sizes decent! This place through various owners has maintained a high standard so assume fish & other fried stuff is similarly good! Update 8 Jun 22: chips again. Very good

Went midweek & they seemed to be understaffed. Starters were excellent, (chowder and scallops). Main course took an age and was very poor when it arrived the chips were soggy and the fish overcooked. Nearly 2 hours for a simple meal not good.

What a gorgeous meal we had at Catch Holmfirth. Lovely atmosphere but even better food including possibly the best seafood linguine I have ever had ( and Ive had plenty!). Apparently the kitchen had been let down but the woman who ran it this evening has serious talent! Thoroughly recommend it!
