This has been the worst customer service I have ever had in my life, I have had a problem since February 2022 and to this date they have not solved it, I have called every week to ask for a response to the income cases and surprise surprise these are already closed without having obtained an answer and so we continue, or else they leave me waiting for the call or transfer me without any answer.

Entergy is literally the worst Ive ever had. My power had been disconnected for two days and they had no sense of urgency trying to turn it back on, & this was AFTER I had already paid the bill.

You call customer service and it says it open for calls until 7:00 CST but I called at 6:45 today and the recording said it was closed for the day.

This is honestly the worst light company you can have. Let me get started on my issue if you call this company expect nothing but rude work from home operators and when they answer youll hear a bunch of background noise like babies crying, people screaming, laughing, youll get placed on hold for long periods of time or they will simply just hang up. Anyways somehow my Apartment number was taken wrong and the whole time we had light services under the leasing office, when they finally let us know of this situation we called entergy right away cause we paid $290 for connection fees plus two months of light bill service both for like $100 & something. We explained that the apartment was taken wrong and we need to move the light to the correct apt # we asked if the money payed was going to transfer to our new account/address they said that we would have to pay all over again reconnection fees literally quote super rude was told You can go knock on the apartment number you mistakenly put and try to get your money from them. First of all why would they allow to connect light somewhere that already has a account???? However later we found out that apartment number doesnt exist in our apartment complex so this whole time the $100 and something for two months are a scam since that address doesnt even exist!!! Super confusing and excuse my language F*** this company.
