So this is the fourth time I have taken this vest back for poor stitching once for the police patch on the back once for the vest pocket and twice for the star. The only reason I kept taking it back is to try and force this seamstress to get her act together. HA! I can say now that hell would have to freeze over before I will ever go back to VCG for ANYTHING ever again!!! The seamstress there should turn in her sewing NOW!!! The fact that she would return my vest to me looking like this says a lot to me about how she feels about her reputation as a seamstress and how she feels about how her work represents this company. Thoroughly disgusted!!! I wish Google reviews would allow me to post a picture of this shameful despicable "work" she performed.

This place has a couple pluses and a few more minuses. They are one of the few places that carry this type of equipment and whatnot for law enforcements. The prices are okay. With a little bit of knowledge and some shopping around, you can definitely find lower prices, even on amazon. They do alterations on the garments, but the turnaround time can be very lengthy at times. We have ordered one thing with them and received something different with no notification of the change, and then we're told that we couldn't even exchange it or return it. So now we are stuck with something that we didn't order and that we didn't want and that we can't even use because the quality is lacking. They don't follow guidelines. They don't require face masks and they don't wear them themselves. The people who work there are friendly enough, but nothing to really write home about.
