Hi Rohit, Were sorry to hear that your experience at OneWorld was not up to your expectations. Unfortunately you came in on Saturday May the 19th which happened to be on our 3rd annual Mental Health Awareness fundraiser. Our coaches had a full and fun day running 8 heats and the mood was fun and relaxed, especially being the last heat of the day. Went for a trial session in the morning. Although the coach was playing during our workout, he sounded aware of the TABATA work/rest times. I agree the gym has a good amount of floor space, but the coaching was not as per my expectation, so its not going to be my Crossfit gym. Thanks!

I had the best time at CrossFit One World. I was genuinely surprised by everything they have to offer from CrossFit, Yoga, Krav Maga classes to professional and personable coaches. I truly felt like I belonged to a community here and I could easily have a conversation with anyone in the gym! I have been to many CrossFit gyms across the country. No other CrossFit gym offers the an experience comparable to this one!

Amazing space for a Crossfit gym in the bay area, definitely the biggest in the tri-city! If you are looking to do olympic weightlifting, crossfit, self defense, etc. this is the place to be!
