Poor service, waiting for a prescription for over one week for elderly mother. Today, they said they would call me by the end of day, they did not. I don't blame the Frontline staff, our family blames the owners. They should inform all patients, that their computer system was down earlier in the week. If this was my ophthalmologist, this would never happen.
Glasses, 2 pair, cost $800.00,and my vision is worse with them. They promised me a breakdown of charges for my insurance and didn't give it. That's all I have to say
The staff at Meyer Eye Care exhibit the epitome of customer service and treat their customers with such professionalism and genuine care. I am very impressed with how this clinic and all its staff take the safety and well-being of their patients during this COVID crisis. Masks were mandatory throughout the visit, and there was hand sanitizer available as soon as you entered. There was a short wall of plexi-glass at the front desk as an additional barrier. We were quickly taken into our exam room and didn't need to wait in any waiting area. My 6-year old had her annual exam, and despite all the safety measures in place, we both felt comfortable and at ease throughout our visit. The technician was friendly and cheerful, and patiently answered all of my daughter's questions. Dr. Ingelse is simply amazing! She has so much knowledge and expertise in her field and it shows! She even remembered details about my daughter, whom she hasn't seen for 2 years! I was really worried about my daughter's sudden onset of blurry eyesight, but with Dr. Ingelse's thorough evaluation, my fears were quickly eased. The eye glasses technician was also wonderful! She patiently helped my daughter pick out her glasses and gave us very helpful feedback when glasses were too large for her face or if the nose piece wouldn't sit well on her face. She also offered my daughter a toy from the "toy chest" at the end of our visit, which was a great way to end our already awesome appointment. My whole family will be coming to see Dr. Ingelse for years to come!

Horrible place to go. My recent visit has been nothing short of a disaster. I went in for a routine annual exam and a pair of glasses. At first I was excited to get my glasses but that excitement quickly left when I realized that I could not see out of my glasses. I made them aware of this and was told that they would adjust them for me but how was that going to solve anything they were way too strong for my eyes. Fast forward 5 visits later and i still have a pair of glasses that I cant see out of. They have returned them to the lab once and refuse to do it again . I have paid over 100 dollars and there is no way this is right.
