Hello Vuyelwa Oyadeyi, Thank you for your review, it seems you have not been entirely truthful. Your vehicle needs DPF replacing. You do not wish to repair it properly hence you are trying to do smaller temp fixes. You asked for a forced REGEN which we informed you is not the best method to repair or attempt to repair. You still wanted this service hoping your FRIENDS ADVISE WOULD WORK However now you realise we are correct and the regen didnt work and the dpf is faulty, you now are wanting us to cover your Dpf repairs. DO NOT USE THIS ROGUE GARAGE THEY HAVE JUTS RIPPED ME OFF. DPF REGNERATION THEY CALL IT 80 THE DPD LIGHT CAME ON IN LESS THAN 4-5 WEEKS LATER. THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR OR REFUND. Hi Hamza, we do not appreciate the poor feedback. As a company with over 260 five star reviews we work very hard to look after every single customer and warrant all our repairs and solutions. We twice fitted your vehicle in last minute to fix the egr and dpf issue, we only accommodated this last minute booking as we knew you wasn't local so I do not appreciate your review in return for the hard work my team has put in. I appreciate your car has had more than one fault however that's between you and Alpha Cars, we do alot of work with them and give genuine solutions/repairs with a lifetime warranty. I believe you are taking out your frustration with the car issues on the ones who have been trying to help you fix them rather than the ones who sold you the car.

This garage is deal with ALPH CAR SUPRMARKET And they do from them very track job And they do fake map and from there on computer to all the cars to stop the sensor from working and show the light engine on to the dashboard Ther are doggy garage I Bought a car from Alpha and on driving it home had a warning light come on. After several trips back, days without the car as they repaired it, breaking down and needing recovering they still hadnt fixed the issue and were simply doing a cheap regen on the car each time. With an RAC report and independant garage report they still said they couldnt find a fault!! We asked to return the car for a refund which they refused this people are using a dodgy garage for MOT and the machanic is the same my advice to everyone avoid this palace

Jonny and Jamie dealt with me and what an experience.. from the minute I arrived good waiting area with Xbox as entertainment all done in an hour and half with before and after dyno... very professional and good experience all round.. Great service from these guys, had to go back to iron out an unexpected issue with the remap but it was sorted out no problem and I'm happy with the result. I also got the DSG box retuned and the difference is incredible, much more natural to drive now, no lurching and holds on to each gear utilising the rev range for a much more pleasant experience behind the wheel. 2.0 TDI VW T6.
