The location at I-45 north of Louetta is the worst experience I've had with a car repair. The don't call back in a timely manner. My vehicle has been there for over a month (more than 4 weeks). They drag their feet getting insurance approval. They "order the wrong parts" taking even longer to get your car back. Do not use this location. A lot of ineptitude there. It's not worth the hassle when there are multiple other locations that will do a good job and take 1 week.

I was searching for a good body shop to repair my front bumper and undercover Shields as they were all loose and knocking from previous road debris I had come in the contact with overtime. I contacted several body shops and even went to a few however when I went to AutoNation and I met with Marcus B. He was very very professional, knowledgeable and most of all I felt that he did not try to upsell me like the other auto collision centers I visited, which was extremely important to me and added value to this entire experience. At the end of the day he had me to bring the vehicle on Monday and he promised to me to have it completed by Friday and actually delivered it back to me on Thursday which I thought was awesome and saved me $$$ on the rental car since I did everything out of pocket and not insurance. Based on my experience I would definitely use AutoNation on FM 1960 and 45 in Houston Texas and I would definitely recommend using Marcus B. , I could tell he's been in the business for a long time and basically he was quick efficient and to the point and most of all again did not try to upsell me on things I don't need. Thank you again I don't write reviews often but when I receive such good customer service I could not do anything but sit down and write this. Great job AutoNation collision and Marcus for a good performance and on time repair, thank you thank you thank you.

Had to return car back because of incomplete work. That then took almost another month.
