I ordered multiple stall mats from this store. They then send me an email to pick half up in Auburn and half in Wenatche or Yakima. I called and had them correct the order. A few days later I get an email saying the order was ready (by this time I was out of town). In the order it stated I had until May 1st to pick them up. I received calls every day even though I told them what day Id be back in town and able to pick them up. At least once a day I was called from April 22nd-26th saying they were going to sell the mats in my order if I dont pick them up that day. I go to pick them up on the 28th and they only had half my order. Today is June 4th and I have yet to receive the refund I was supposed to be issued. I just called about another online order that was then cancelled a couple hours later because their system lets you buy things they dont have. She tells me I have to go out of my way for a refund in store. This place is portly managed and whoever is responsible for online orders and inventory is clearly incompetent.
