I just bought a car last week it was great Lacey help me finding my car and explain everything. Im giving a 3 star because of the Finance Director Michael was rude and treated me with disrespect he had the worst attitude ever thank God I kept calm and respectful for him. But other than that was a good experience.

Think about doing a Reno of check in check out. So cold and feel like not welcomed. I work for a big company could give some poi ters In customer service. Change the feeling of being appointed to a person, change mindset to I can help you. Having to look up who you are scheduled with is very annoying, making a customer feel like you don't care.

My 1st experience with BMW and I was very impressed with the service department, especially Caitlin! They have very experienced techs who were able to diagnose a power drain and get the vehicle up to date with any service that was needed.

I will never take my vehicle to be serviced here again. I was incorrectly charged for multiple "services" and no one would work with me to resolve the errors. I had to pay for diagnostics that were never approved by me to be run in the first place, I was incorrectly charged for emissions (my vehicle was driven under 5,000 miles for the year,) they completely gave me the wrong sticker and after I received the breakdown of my bill I saw that they charged me for a "complimentary washer fluid top-off." Not complimentary if I have to pay for it, especially when I wasn't even asked if I wanted it. This place will charge you to breathe their air if you're standing there long enough.
