Incredibly rude and zero knowledge of products. Sadly we have to call out a lady named Hailey (Haley?) who worked the front counter. If she was having a bad day then either she needs to stay home or have a higher level of maturity to put her life aside. Strike one: I tried to reach out to her for assistance when trying on clothing, of which all she could manage to spew from her mouth was "can you cover your face?" then run away. I then realized my mask was down and needed to be on. She could have simply said nicely "oh your mask is down, could you put it on please?" Strike two: I found a brand of clothing that I loved in the store which I had never heard of and asked about it. I asked Haley if she knew about the company (Chillaz) when I approached to pay. She said no, not really and they didn't make clothing anymore but it was made in America. Later I found out that the company is thriving in Europe and nothing is made in America as it is a German company. If you do not know what you are talking about, just say "I dont know" but maybe you should know about the products you work with. Only later did I even realize the tags clearly state: Made in Europe / Designed in the Alps. Shame on me, but really... Shame on her. Strike 3 - When she was ringing me up she asked if we wanted a bag. I said yes, knowing they had to charge for a bag. Haley tried to stuff two bags worth of goods into a tiny paper bag and broke the bag in the interim then just handed it to me. I said we obviously needed two bags so she pulled out another bag and divided the products. When she handed me the bags, one bag was missing a handle all together and the other ripped as she handed it to me. This rendered both bags useless. I said I needed two bags that were not broken or deformed in some way. She pouted and said they were made of paper and thats just what I could expect. When I asked if I could have two bags that were not broken or damaged when I first received them, this literally sent her over the edge and she said we would have to pay again for them (Although later I realized she had not charged us the first time which she should have). No problem, here is 20 cents, even though we spent hundreds. Incredibly rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and should not work with people. On another note, a tall red haired young man was delightful when I asked to use the dressing room who unlocked the door and my husband said a nice man was downstairs offered to help him. So sadly I stumbled upon the dregs of the store that day. Chin up Haley, life is not worth taking so seriously, but if nothing else the owners of this store need to know you are not a good steward of their asset, investment and presence.
Fantastic store for used gear. Before you go to Goodwill consider donating to this shop instead as they have a better chance of keeping it out of the landfill.

Every time we go to consign it is either 1) impossible to find anyone to help or 2) they are no longer accepting consignment for that day While I love shopping here, I would have to recommend Boulder Sports Recycler for consignment. They take pretty much everything and sell it quickly for a great price. If you can make the trip out to Boulder I would highly recommend.
