My last two experiences at this dealership were unpleasant. When I dropped off the car at 8:00am, I was told that I would get an update around 12:00. At 1:40 I called for an update and I was told my adviser was on lunch. I finally received a text from my adviser at 2:40, almost 3 hours after I was told I would get an update. I requested that my adviser give me a call. He called me and he eventually asked that I give him an hour to get an update. After 4:00, an hour and 20 minutes later, I had not heard from him so I drove back to the service department. Even if my vehicle was not ready, I was not going to continue to drive the loaner they gave me (see below). There were more issues that I dealt with during the visit that I will not discuss but ultimately, the follow through was unacceptable and the lack of communication was frustrating. I was given a loaner that was filthy and low on fuel. Bird droppings were on the side view mirror and the hood. I signed a loaner agreement that stated that no dogs were allowed in the vehicle. There was dog hair all over the back of the car. When I returned the car I was told that the car wash was our of service. Still, they could have cleaned the bird droppings and vacuumed the hair out of the car. I was given this dirty car as if it was business as usual. When I brought the car back I was told that the car wash is working again. Then, when I got my car back, they could not wash it because the car wash was out of service. Everyone was not on the same page. And keep in mind, loaners have a 75 mile per day limit, the lowest mileage that I have experienced as a loaner. I will not be returning to this dealership for service even though it is less than 10 minutes from my house. I will be driving an additional 20 minutes to go to another dealership for service.

Dismal experience with Justin from Vehicle Acquisition Department. They make claims to match and beat offers from Carvana and Driveway, just to come back with hard lowball ($2500 less!). Better to sell your car online. Such a waste of time dealing here.
Had an excellent service with Wayne Hong today. He explained all the things I must do and things I should do. He helped me prioritize whats best for my car according to my current budget. He also shared with me some notes from mechanic and advice going forward. I didnt feel like taking a loaner so he ordered a lyft for me from dealership and from my house to go pick up the car! 100% recommend going there! I also came back to find my car washed and vacuumed which was the cherry on top!

Experience as this dealership was completely frustration free. The staff was very cooperating, and knowledgeable. Staff in both sales and finance department went out of their way to help me get the best deal for my car. All in all, glad to buy my car from this dealership.
