Taylor and his girlfriend sell fake counterfeit trainers on Facebook and when challenged on this they get real defensive because they know they are in the wrong. Avoid this business at all costs as trading standards and the police have been informed. Selling counterfeit designer clothing in the uk is illegal and hopefully Taylor will be punished and fined suitably.

As a seller I found the owner of the business Rude and Arrogant and not professional at all !! Wasted four months and refused to withdraw the property for 14 days after loosing my buyer. Be aware and avoid dealing with him.

Some of the agents seems clueless whilst others are helpful. This is my second time using their service and I must say Im not enjoying this experience. The landlord is very slow.. with his replies and the agent says today job will be done tomorrow please complete a form and its just stressful tbh. Thanks to my electric company when I was temporarily out of power they came speedily to check that me and my baby had power in our home since we are considered priority to them but the landlord took days to give the agent the go ahead for the job. I would use their service again and recommend them to people. No ones perfect but improvement is needed. The girl who organises the contractors to get the job done is lovely, compassionate and caring always friendly and ensures customer satisfaction is optimal. Bless her. Im still using their service so when Im out of the property will give another review to let you guys know if they had any improvement. Looking forward to enjoying my safe space my home ie and improved service
