I apologize you had to wait for a response and that we did not get back to you same day. These 1 star reviews are damaging to small businesses like mine. The time to give anyone a 1 star review is when you have used there services. You didn't even use our services witch is very unfair to receive a 1 star review. Please understand I had to show pictures of what you wanted to my printing department to see if it was a project we could tackle. Unfortunately we where unable to help. (Which we emailed you and told you this) Please keep in mind Due to Covid many shops have had to close down or just narrow down there staff. We have been affected by it by having to minimize our staff so getting replies takes a little longer. Thank you for understanding, and if you could please remove this review and don't give 1 star reviews to any business that piss you off. That would be great. My place to go! Alex and her team has done an amazing job with marketing products for my office! They have done everything from door stickers to embroidery and promotional t-shirts! I have been so happy with the quality of everything that we have gotten them them! Thank you New Color!
Amanda. I am sorry to here you where unhappy with the quote and details you received over the phone yesterday. It is my goal as an owner to provide the best experience and help each person to understand costs and details of what we do here at New Color. However Giving a business 1 star based on a conversation you had in one day really effects our company and ratings. It is unfair for you to give a business any kind of score with out even using there services. I was told you even hung up on my employee. I also have a recording of it. To answer your question on Embroidery: We do charge $55 to digitize a standard left chest logo. Stitching a left chest logo ranges from about $15- 25 based on 2 pieces that you inquired on. If you would have stayed on the phone we would have asked you to email us a picture of what you needed but you felt getting upset and hanging up on my employee and scoring us a 1 star on google was going to be better. I called for a quote, and though I was speaking to a nice girl, she and the other employee were unable to give me pricing until they knew the stitch count of my logo. They said the only way to get this was to digitize my logo which was over $50. I asked for a range, they could not provide one. It's silly to expect someone to basically pay $50 for a quote. All the other places I have called knew exactly how much to digitize and the price per shirt to embroider a logo.
