There was confusion as to the correct time of my appointment. when I made the first contact, I was told 10:45. when checking online I saw 11:15 and when I arrived at the office at 10:50 I was told that my time was once again later. I was told two different prices by the doctor for reading glasses and then the technician gave me a higher price. This office needs to get its act together.

I would not recommend this clinic unfortunately I say that because the staff and doctors are very nice. However, they do send surprise bills. They should have clarified insurance copays and what is covered before you are taken back to the room. There was no explanation regarding how much my contact lense fitting would be at the time of the visit. I was blindsided when I got my bill. I wish there was more transparency. I am sorry but I will not be returning.

Got my new Feb 31st specs this week from NASA Vision Center, and I love them. This is a great place for eye exams and glasses. The staff is extremely helpful. I love a place where they actually assist you in getting frames that look good for you. Plus they are all very nice people.
