Hi Caprice, I am surprised by your review after our discussion at closing yesterday. The type of properties the buyer purchases and how often doesn't seem relevant in your rating of our company. You were upset that we had to hold an escrow for an estimated water meter because you had not previously had your meter fixed in the 2 years that it stopped working. You said you understood why it was required but expressed that your concern was over the length of time for the escrow, which we ended up revising to your approval. Your best interest was taken into account when I agreed that your concern had merit and I changed the terms to accommodate, even though it posed a risk to us as the insurer. Your statement regarding us advising the buyer not to take your deal is entirely false as we quite literally told him your concern regarding the time line had merit and that it was for the two of you to come to an agreement with each other. As an insurance company, our job is to issue title insurance policies regardless of what "type of client" we are issuing them to. The escrow protected us as the insurer and the buyer, our insured, from an issue that you did not fix for many years. I am sorry you felt we did not have your best interest at heart even after changing the terms to satisfy you.

Just sold my property honestly I didn't feel they had my best interest at heart just know they work for the buyer. I guess that's how it should be we discussed it the buyer was just interested in buying up as many properties as possible worked the deal out. I wouldn't work with this company again if I were the seller. To the owner thanks for your prompt response and your professionalism. I found you and your staffs tone to be accusatory and unnecessary the buyer has bought multiple properties throughout the city and got mine at a very good price which is why he agreed to the deal even after you advised him multiple times not to. The property was as is meaning no repairs. I keep my opinion, I would not work with your company as a seller you are most definitely interested in a certain type of client. I really didn't appreciate the vibe again you know your business it's how it's done. I just advise people like me to go elsewhere.
Hello, after discussing with the staff, no one recalls speaking to someone based on the info you provided. In trying to ascertain who you were, I noticed you had only left one other review, ever. Is it coincidence that the only other review you've ever left 2 years ago happened to be about a property you rented from one of the owners of this company? Based on that other review, it appears you disagreed with the owners decision but please understand this company has nothing to do with that. Thank you.

Do not be fooled by these google reviews lexi is an extremely rude Individual when she speaks its down on people especially who do not understand the market, she has a very convincing demeanor and quite frankly should get a reality check on how to treat future customers, I would never recommend this location extremely shady practices and has no regard for truth and straightforwardness. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. Do not even respond to this review in redemption to your behaviors
