Oh no! Mrs. Blanchard - we are terribly sorry for your experience and the situation with your daughter that happened last week! Our employee working at the time DID inform us of the incident, although we never received information of the specific child that it occurred to or specific injuries that came of it, or we most definitely would have followed up! We are aware of the trampoline issue and have taken action to correct the issues, with a new spring-free trampoline that is set to be installed next week. I will honestly say the water marks on the floor were from our steam mop, as the floors were cleaned the day before and the solution had leaked. We hope with our new equipment and the fun your girls seemed to have during their time here allows time for you to try us again this fall!

I went to this kids gym very hopefully to have found a new indoor play are for my kids close to home. I already take them to Bay & Bee, but its a little far south. Both of my daughters liked to play in this gym, but I will unfortunately have to give it a one star. First I noticed the floor had wet spots in a certain area near one of their swings. Since it was only in a certain area and its intended to be a parent lead plat gym, I just kept my kids from playing in they area and wanted to let the working there know about it... as my kids got distracted with other things so did I. My kids loved the trampoline ... I saw a big tear on the side of it and didnt want them playing , but its hard to take a 1 and 1/2 year old and 3 year old out once they started to jump. I was so happy to be able to distract them with something else so they wouldnt get hurt in there. After a little while my 3 year old runs back to the trampoline. As I run after her to make sure she doesnt get hurt near the tear I saw... she takes a couple or jumps and then I literally dont see her and just hear her crying and screaming, there was a hook broken on one side or the trampolines floor which caused my daughter to fall under it and get hurt. I looked to the person working there and asked her how do I get my daughter out??? And she showed me. I could tell the poor girl wasnt trained well for situations like these. All she said was Im going to let my manager know about this, meaning the broken hook. My daughter had a big scratch under her arm and a tear on her shirt. I let the girl know and asked for some peroxide which she didnt have. She took out a first aid kit that wasnt helpful. I went to the bathroom to wash my daughters scratch. It didnt look pretty, but my daughter stopped crying and I could tell she wasnt in pain. We stayed a little longer since my girls wanted to continue playing and since I live so close I knew as soon as I got home I would continue to keep an eye on it. I was thinking the girl working there would have gotten a hold of the manager and the manager would have wanted to speak to me to make sure my daughter was ok. But that didnt happen. Then I thought, the manager will probably call me or email me the next day, since my info was taken when I got there. Im very disappointed that no one has taken the time to have followed up. I will never take my kids there again and would advise you, for the safety of your child, to not go either. The accident with my daughter could have been far worst and Im thankful to God the scratch is healing well. I will continue to just take my daughters to bay & bee which is a bit farther. Its a 20min drive vs the 5 min drive it would have been for this gym, but for the safety of my girls its worth driving farther.
Hello Missy, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. After looking through the system, I was unable to find your name or contact information so we could discuss your visit with you further! Our environment is set up to be parent-led play, especially at your daughter's age, where she can interact on the equipment with you! I apologize for any injury that may have occurred at the time and wish you would have notified the staff immediately so we could ensure she was okay! Please reach out privately if you wish, so we can discuss your visit further and improve for next time!

I wanted to like something about this gym but I just didnt! My first instinct was to leave when we walked in, but my almost 3 year old wanted to stay. Theres not enough things to do to keep a childs attention for long. Poor use of space. The equipment isnt that great. The toys look rundown. No one is cleaning behind the kids that smaller kids that are putting things in their mouth. After being there for less than 15 minutes... my daughter hit her head on the makeshift wood tunnel, attempting to get in. Its just a bad choice for a tunnel geared at all ages. She had a gash close to her eye and we rushed out to see how serious it was. This happened on Sunday. There was only one worker and she was doing her best to assist everyone. So the incident went unnoticed ...as we had no time to wait around and make sure someone knew. There should be a better place for parents to sit and watch their kids play. Shoes shouldnt be allowed on the soft surface ...makes for a lot of tripping and dirt being dragged around. The worker was very nice ...so I gave the 1 star for her. ***UP DATE to the tacky response below!*** You can look under the name Marlon Mills! We were there! If you are implying that we were not watching our child because your equipment is a make shift tunnel made of exposed wood ... would be inappropriate. Its a piece of harmful junk. She plays in tunnels at indoor gyms all the time and never gets hurt! We were with her at all times. As always! The only thing we did wrong was to stay after feeling it wasnt the right environment for our child. Theres no need to reach out... wont be back.
Thank you so much for your honest review!!! As a Mom, I would love to know what areas you feel need more attention for cleaning, as we take Health & Safety very importantly at WRTS!

Good place for active play at a reasonable price, floor is soft if you have a crawler and there is a small area for babies. Helpfull staff. Only downside is some toys/stations are not as clean as you want them to be specially for little ones!
It was quite crowded when we came on a cold Saturday morning but there was still lots of space and things to do. My daughter is pretty young and it seems like most things are probably for kids around 5 years old or so but even my less than 2 year old still found plenty of things to do. Wed come back.
I apologize for your experience! We take every effort to inform our members through google & facebook of our daily hours - if you were misinformed that is unfortunate and I will get in contact with our coaches. Open Play should have started at 1:00 today! Please feel free to reach out Monday-Friday at the gym when the owners are present to see how we can help make a positive experience for you!

Called for times and reservations and was advised that no reservations were required and open play started at 1. Told them we would be there at 1. Drove 20 mins to find they were closed due to private party. Disorganized and poor customer service. We will not be back.
