My Reme Halo was installed 14 months ago and I thought it was working fine. Then my A/C contractor changed the duct work so there would be more are flow in and out of the air handler and then it seemed like the house smelled of mold they replaced the entire Reme Halo unit, adjusted to be fully open and it seems like it is not working at all. I used to smell a peroxide odor and it took cooking smells out of the house and we had less dust. Not now the house is dusty, the food orders remain. The light is not he unit and getting power. The cell was replaced

Very poor service! We have two older units from 2004 and older. Serial Numbers on both but no Model numbers. They are the Plug in Plus Purification System pictured on your website. Contacted a local HVAC company as I was told to do and they cannot help me because I do not have a Model number and their supplier will not sell them anything without it. For a company concerned about the environment these are going to end up in the landfill. Very Frustrating!
