I emailed and asked for a quote for a die cut, translucent laminated sticker. The sales person, Frank, emailed me back with a link for a backlit film. Since I am not in the sign/sticker printing business, I assumed that he would have sent me the link for what I asked for- A die-cut sticker. So I placed my order. When I received it, It wasn't a sticker at all, and it wasn't die-cut. Plus, it was the wrong size. It was a giant piece of plastic, not even matching my measurements. When I called to try and get the problem corrected, I was told that I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product and that I would have to pay full price for the sticker if I wanted to place a new order. I told Frank that I placed my order because of the direction he gave me. He sent me the link after I was very specific with what I needed, including the size. I was very clear with what I needed and he directed me to order the wrong item. In addition, Frank was unpleasant on the phone, not taking any responsibility for his part of the miscommunication, and unfortunately, he was unable to admit that he contributed to the mistake. That must be what happened with their name too. They misspelled the word "square" but were unable to admit their mistake, so they just went with "Squarpix" instead and hoped no one noticed! I was unable to get my project fixed and unable to get a refund. I will not be using them in the future. Very unprofessional, not dedicated to customer service. Too bad because I prefer to use small businesses, but will have to go with someone more professional and capable for this job .

I am so disappointed in the customer service. I've spent maybe thousands in this place. For business and even church events. Us being affiliated with churches all over the US, so you can imagine how much business they just lost. Just because the person who took care of me this time didn't care about anything. Basically after i told him about the issue, which was definitely my fault, because i guess i should've elaborated that i wanted the writings as big as the banner was. Which i thought that it makes sense if the banner is big, for the letters to be big, not for the letters to be small as if it was on a regular PC paper. But that wasn't the issue. I was willing to pay again the second time. The thing is i spent too much dollars here and i live in the neighborhood. The guy didn't show a single sign of sympathy. He could've at least said: "sorry you experience wasn't as good this time time, but i'll definitely make sure everything goes smooth next time''. But no, it was just charging me a second time, and not even caring about the job. basically you are expected to do their job for them, all they did was just print. I don't know if it's under new management, but the guy was terrible. also advice to anyone who will do business with them next time, please make sure you check everything, and make sure you do it all. Also please look at at the papers they will make you sign. it's tricks upon tricks. very disappointed. and No one reaches out to you. Also please be careful, if there is a little mistake, they won't let you know, because they want you to come back again and again, that's how it appears they are making money. this is Covid-19 time, i thought what should be the main thing right now for every business is to try and retain customers, specially loyal ones, (I've been coming there for 3 years now, maybe 4), and make new ones, and actually care for people as human beings. we have 4 businesses, very popular brand and respected in the US. we deal with guests daily, some are happy some not, but we make sure we reach out to guests and apologize for their bad experiences. This was the worst ever. I honestly think they won't last long. Oh and by the way, I came at the location to pick up my work, and no response. after i rang the bell for 5 minutes, i called and asked if they were open, the guy said yes, he is coming. When he came, he checked the bell to see what was wrong. then basically didn't care about anything i told him. if i took time out of our busy day to write such a long review is because this was the worst experience i've had in a very long time bye bye and may you continue to succeed in what you do.
