Received some flowers this morning from my son for my birthday and I think they are absolute rubbish.Five roses and a spray of broken flower heads when they were taken from the box.Seen better rose bunches in Aldi at 2 69.Pity photos cant be placed on here for everyone to see

Have you used these before with no problems previously however spent over 30 on a sunflower bouquet with all the sunflowers now being dead after 3 days. Bitterly disappointed this time round and will not be using again.

Just really bad customer service. Damaged box and burst flower jell arrived left outside my door upside down. Card inside wet and flowers half dead already. I have written to customer service with photographic evidence of wilted flowers 5 roses and 5 carnation and 3 other stems, and damaged box. Asked for refund to sender. Still waiting.......... unforgivable! Spoiled my birthday. Never again!
I had an issue with the flowers that were delivered and contacted flying flowers who responded very quickly. Their customer service was excellent and I was very happy with how the dealt with my issue, will definitely be using again and recommend to anyone.

Bought some flowers 6 days ago to be in time for mother's day, and they still haven't arrived. When I asked where they were I got the stock "93% chance of being delivered on time" reply, which is probably a completely made up statistic anyway.
