Please read the reviews and save yourself some money. Unfortunately, I was also a victim of purchasing from Dutch Gardens and didnt see these reviews until afterward:( I ordered and waited nearly two months, after sending a follow up email asking where my product was, to receive four plants which were dry sticks with dead leaves in a 4 pot. And they werent cheap either. Run! Do NOT buy from this company!
Do not order from this company! I ordered dahlias for spring planting and they were not sent to me until June 15! I live in the Midwest. Most of us plant our gardens in May. I called the company several times in May to inquire about the order and they told me it was not scheduled to go out yet. I sent messages on their online contact form, which I was later told was not working. Customer service reps told me that I had to send a written email to cancel the order. I thought I had done that on the online contact form, but apparently, those didn't go through because they don't have a working form on their website. So, they didn't cancel the order. They sent an email 3 days after I received the bulbs instructing me to send them back. Apparently, I was supposed to pay for the shipping costs even though I had requested to cancel the order. However, by the time the bulbs arrived, I had already left for vacation and didn't have a chance to send the bulbs back within their 14 day deadline. Ridiculous! I lost $90 on this fiasco. I gave away most of the bulbs and others were thrown away because there was nowhere to plant them in my garden. I had already bought other dahlias from Home Depot when I learned that Dutch Gardens was so delayed in sending them.
Their products have been disappointing. Well I actually. marked them awful! Not anything like what was pictured and they took the allegiance to send me a different hosta because they were out of the one I ordered. For $29.99 that takes real nerve! Skip ordering from this place.
