We've always strived to serve you better than our competitors like MindBody, and this of course includes keeping prices low. Update: I left WellnessLiving in Oct 2021. They raised my rates without telling me, and despite what was enshrined in my contract. Moreover, during the pandemic, the software became increasingly buggy and unreliable, and their customer service deteriorated. I believe in dealing with companies with integrity. I thought WellnessLiving was one but I was sadly mistaken. I've been with WellnessLiving now for over a year, switching over from MindBody. The onboarding process was easy. My clients didn't experience any problems during the switchover. With the money I saved, I was able to get a white label app, which my clients love using. 2020 was a really challenging year for my business because of the coronavirus, and I'm not sure I would have been able to afford staying open had it not been for the decision to switch just a few months before being shutdown.

Total rip off and scam. If you are running a business and trying to use this "company" to grow or support your current clients DON'T. They are slow. They do not return phone calls or email. They do not show up for meeting times that they set. They do end training sessions early. They are unorganized. They are dishonest. They do NOT take care of their paying customers. If I operated my business in this way I would no longer have a business. They literally will not let me cancel the "service." They keep giving me the run around about no one being available. This is a terrible company. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT sign up with them.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY." They literally have like one person working and he is BAD. He does not return emails. He does not answer direct questions. He takes WEEKS to return a phone call. This place is a SCAM and provides ZERO customer service. If I operated my business in the way that they do I would be bankrupt.

If you are a trainer DO NOT use this company. They have AWFUL customer support. My "on-boarding specialist" was literally the WORST. I paid a month and nothing was set up. He did not attend the training meetings that he set up. When I told him I was cancelling due to his lack of customer care he started giving me all of these excuses about he hadn't been working there long or that he had something come up. It literally has been the worst experience I have ever had and I have worked with multiple scheduliing software companies and CRMs. I can't say it enough do NOT waste your time or money with this company!
