Do not do business with Waterlogic USA. I am not surprised to see only negative reviews. did not originate my business with this company, my lease was bought by Water logic USA and their customer service is the worst. I have two water coolers located in daycare centers and for safety reasons must have a safety feature on the hot water to prevent children from being burnt. Recently both coolers needed servicing. It took a month to reach customer service. It is impossible to get through by phone. The company did not call back if I tried to leave a call back number. Emailing also took weeks to finally get a reply. WaterlogicsUSA did not have the current model water cooler I had contracted and replaced a cooler with no safety feature. Customer service did not have a product with the features I had required, yet would not stop service, although they broke the contract by not have the product I needed. WaterlogicsUSA also blatantly did not care or understand that I required a safety feature for a school to protect children. When the second cooler broke, again I could not get through to customer service . Then there were weeks being told a ticket had to be processes? Finally I blocked payment with American express and the company contacted me. When I tried to explain to Jeff the regional manager that I had to have the hot water safety feature and since they did not provide this on the coolers they carried , I wanted to stop service, he argued with me about the contract. When he asked me to provide proof of tickets, I asked him to email me the contract and I would send documents back to his email. At Obviously the they broke the contract as they couldn't provide the product. Instead of then emailing me the contract , the regional manager said Waterlogics USA would process a return ticket and pick up the coolers. The following day someone came to pick up the coolers and then I was sent a bill for the remainder of the contract and the two months I couldn't use the coolers! Of course now I cant reach anyone. Do not use this company, it is ridiculous to have so much aggravation over a water cooler when there are dozens of reputable companies.

This place is a joke. Customer service is nonexistent. You will be on hold for literally hours. If you have the luck of getting ahold of anyone they still will never show up for a service call. Avoid at all costs

Very difficult to get the customer care service online. No-one comes to fix the equipment, yet they keep sending the bills. Customers be aware of this company.

Can't reach anyone for service. Chat is never online. Telephone support is in India and when you ask them to speak slower so you can understand them, they hang up the phone.
