Phone calls occasionally have to be placed on hold in the order we receive them. Your phone call was received and you had asked to speak to the Owner. We have two Owners here and one of them wasn't available so I was happy to assist you and address your concerns regarding the $45 ring that you purchased a 1 1/2 years ago. The ring had split at the bottom and we offered to replace the item or repair it even though your warranty for the piece was up. Sterling Silver is very soft and malleable so it may have split due to everyday wear. You chose for us to repair the ring and was still unhappy with the ring after the resize. Asked to speak to an owner and was repeatedly told that the owner was busy with another client. After I asked again, the person on the phone informed me that she'd lied and she was in fact the owner. Great jewelry, horrible owner.

Christopher, I am sorry you feel this way. We came up with a design using 3D CAD design for your carved emeralds. You and your partner were able to see and approve the digital 3D rendering and model before the ring was made. The 3D CAD process gave you an opportunity to make changes but you had no call-outs and approved the design for production. Once it was made, you decided that you were not happy with it and wanted to change your design. We provided you with advice and guidance during the process and were willing to work with you to redesign your ring by using the metal and your stones. Custom Design is very labor intense process and requires both parties to effectively communicate. We're sorry we were not able to come up with a design that you were happy with in the end.

Every aspect of the process from timelines, to communication, to construction of the ring left something to be desired. After 3 or 4 trips for corrections to the ring, my fiancee band I decided to look for another jeweler to get her ring fixed up to par. I should have not had them build a ring for us. Especially since they never returned my initial email inquiry. REPLY TO OWNER: The stones did not fit in your CAD design and the CAD ring was too small for her finger. We had to look look at the stones on her finger. Your staff told us not to worry, it was just a CAD design and it would all turn out well. My fiancee did send an email asking your team to make the ring a size larger. There was no reply (see communication grievance above) and the change was not made. The last time she came in because the stone was loose your staff told my employee that they "Jerry rigged" the stone to get it tight. It was loose again within weeks.
