We were waiting for the customer to put down the complete 50% deposit to start working on his custom order. He was not able to complete the deposit and decided to cancel the order. This was not a lack of effort nor was it delayed on the part of Impact Design.

I was given a quote and a timetable with promises of correspondence and/or telephone calls...and now it is 3 full weeks past the quoted deadline without either. The order??? Business cards, and after pre paying $80.00, I am submitting this review and going directly there to receive my refund.

Many years ago it was back in 2008. The $75.00 was to re - create the logo he wanted to apply to t-shirts which is industry standard. We would not have charged him to apply a copy right mark if he had the artwork in the format needed originally.

I used them many years ago and they charged me a min $75 to do artwork, which consisted of placing the copyright Circle C. Next to my Artwork. The lady did it in front of me and it took just a few seconds. I was shocked to get the bill. But I paid it. It taught me a lesson, so I went to school to learn to do my own designing.
