One of my neighbors used this service and these people damaged my property while servicing them. I called them and their supervisor Herbert came to talk to me. Without even showing basic courtesy of damaged property, the supervisor started behaving very rudely with me and was not very sensitive to the property that he and his employees damaged. The company and their employees do not have a good attitude and they definitely do not care how they execute their business. I did not even get my damaged goods reimbursed. Very disappointed!

I contacted this place about hoarding cleanup. I was up front and honest about how we wanted to do one room at a time and how we would need an estimate first. Once I got to setting up an appointment they suddenly changed from professional to rude. I had explained that I have Auditory processing Disorder and therefore would need to communicate via text or email. They accomadated at first but once it was time to set up an appointment insisted that I needed to call. I tried once again to explain my disabilities and got no response. I waited 2 weeks and then sent an email trying to explain again. After 2 more weeks with no reply I am very disappointed. It's not only rude to suddenly changed your tune when finding out a disability it is illegal. It violates the ADA for accomodations to not be made Especially when they are easy to make and put no one else at risk. How hard is it to communicate via email or text. How unprofessional and discriminatory. What would you do if I was deaf? You need a serious rehaul and more training put in place for how to deal with disabilities. I do not recommend this service.

Cleaned up water damage done after a leak in the toilet pipes. Removed tile from bathroom floors for a total redo. Also took up carpet and found some major delamination. Should we encounter another accident we will definitely have these guys coming out to fix our things.

This company charged me $843 for placing a dehumidifier in my bathroom. At the end of the "inspection" I was told that if I had mold, it would be visible, so since it wasn't visible I didn't have a mold problem. As someone who's already been through having toxic mold in another room of the house, this sounded absurd, so I hired a mold assessor, and they confirmed that I absolutely have toxic mold and my entire bathroom needs to be torn out. Service Master suggested all I might need to do is paint over the stained drywall and replace a baseboard. I'm so thankful I got it inspected by a professional! For the sake of your health, please do not use this company!!
